		<description>Your best bet is to hope that the coaches take note and offer a scholarship to come here.  The second thing to do is simply apply and see what happens.  I don&#039;t know what your grades/SAT&#039;s are like, but IU has many scholarships and grants available for top students or those with financial needs.  Some of the scholarships are specific to certain programs (business, music, etc) so you may want to also consider that when choosing an intended major. At least see what happens, it doesn&#039;t cost that much to apply!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;current IU student on full ride</description>

Out of state students are not paying to fund the school,and thus have to pay more.
