@SharkSport I wonder the same thing! Tobacco companies are still doing things to entice young people to smoke, yet no punitive action is taken against them! Big tobacco has killed many more people than alcohol has, but yet nothing is done to protect our children from the great harm of tobacco! I still see 12 year old kids walking up to the counter and freely buying them!!!! America should be outraged!!!!

..by a reduction in calories but, be aware of nutritional needs. Remove temptations and plan to diet for a year. Address any negative underlying feelings that may be causing you to over consume. It may just be you are addicted too. Because a change in diet can be depressive, it won’t be easy if you are already emotionally hurting. Try adopting a Soup consistency in your eating and practice eating much slower. Avoid artificial sweetners because these effect neurones & cause Bells Palsy.

Further to my comments earlier, I’d like to furnish a little advice to people embarking on period of self improvement with their health. If you consume many thousands of calories beyond your daily needs, these will be stored as Adipose (fat) because your body is fantastic. Your body needs you to love it not hate it. If you are over weight, your body did a fantastic job. It’s stored energy for times of starvation. You just need to trigger it into using it. Go easy but forcefully. Reduce input…

Some may lack education or motivation but, let’s be clear, people don’t elect to welcome poor health.
