I enjoyed playing on the normal wii fit game, so which 1 out of the EA Active Sports and My Fitness Coach: Cardio will be more interesting or motivating? I like short training exerises with variety. Many thanks in advance!!
EA Sports Active is definitely the more interesting. It makes use of two new attachments (a giant elastic band for resistance training and a leg strap to hold you nunchuk in while you’re running in place or doing crunches), and it has an assortment of running, stretching, and even games which simulate sports movements. It has a "30 day workout" mode that paces your workouts, giving you the right number of days of exercise and rest.
My Fitness Coach is really not much more than a glorified exercise video. You don’t even use the Wii remote or the Balance Board; the only thing the Wii remote is used for is to select your music and your background!

I *really* mix things up by playing a variety of these games. Ironically, I get some of the best exercise through games that are not specifically designed for exercise. I tend to play those longer, and so 30 minutes goes by in a snap.
